Radio Holland has a long and rich history in ship communication and navigation. The company has redesigned its organisation for the future and is now professionalising HR. For the European activities, Radio Holland is looking for a senior HR Business Partner to further strengthen the company and its strategic direction. You are part of the global hr team and together you will build the global hr strategy. You are the contact for HR in Europe and you implement and develop new HR policies for the region. You also manage a number of colleagues and participate in various global hr projects.

The job:
Radio Holland has created a new strategic roadmap. Satisfaction of shareholders, suppliers, customers and employees, in combination with healthy financial results, are key. There has been a restructuring from a local to a global operating model to create space and focus for the new strategy.
In this phase, Radio Holland is looking for an HR Business Partner for Europe, who will help build a professional and modern HR.
You will be lined up for ongoing hr matters in Europe, managing hr staff in the countries of this region, as well as building a global hr policy with your international colleagues.
You report, together with the other HR Business Partners, to the CEO of Radio Holland Group and work closely with the HR Business Partners from the other two regions, Asia & Middle East and Americas. In addition, you will functionally join the HR team of Pon Equipment and Pon Power under the leadership of the HR Director.

Jouw profiel:

Your Profile:
  • BA or MA degree
  • Minimum 5-10 years' experience in a similar HR function, preferably in an international environment with remote colleagues
  • Experience within a technical/maritime/shipping-oriented organisation is a plus
  • Knowledge of and experience with relevant hr themes and processes such as professionalising HR, Recruitment, Rewards, Job Grading, Performance Management and Learning & Development
  • Business minded and financially sharp
  • Experience with project management and professionalising HR is a strong plus, as well as HR-IT & data
  • Excellent command of the English language in word and writing. Knowledge of Dutch or French or other languages is an advantage
  • Willingness to travel
